Talent Management Partner
Main responsibilities:
- Act as a key Talent Management advisor to Leaders and People & Culture (P&C), collaborating closely to create and implement talent solutions that align with the strategic agenda across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Early Talent, and Talent Management.
- Drive local execution of the strategic talent plan, ensuring a strong and integrated approach within the business area.
- Work with the Talent Management Lead, business leaders, and P&C to identify and focus on critical capability areas, building a comprehensive and aligned talent strategy.
- Maintain deep knowledge and engagement with key talents, acting as a career advisor to support their development and progression.
- Support the Potential for Growth Talent Cycle by actively engaging with business and P&C teams, helping leaders assess potential effectively and encouraging the creation of rich development plans for leadership talent.
- Build leadership capability around understanding and evaluating talent potential and planning for future leadership needs.
- Partner with Organization Development, Capability & Transformation (OC&T) to define critical skills and capabilities required for talent pools specific to the Global Business Units/Global Functions.
- Leverage HR analytics and a data-driven mindset to monitor and track key talent metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and recommending strategic adjustments when necessary.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners (PBP), local talent teams, and business leaders to ensure high visibility of talent, promote bold and cross-functional moves, and identify nominations for development programs to accelerate leadership growth.
Profile
- Degree in HR or equivalent (BA/Bsc; MA/Msc)
- At least 5 years of experience in talent management is a must
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across global teams.
- Solid expertise in designing and executing talent initiatives, employee growth strategies, and navigating employment laws and standards.
- Previous exposure to working in a hub or multi-location environment is advantageous, though not essential.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with other pertinent digital tools.
- Strong aptitude for building and nurturing professional relationships, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, international matrix settings.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, with experience using HR data and analytics to guide strategic talent decisions.
