French Speaking Customer Service Supervizior


 

We are looking for a new colleague for our partner company, an innovative enterprise with an international background operating in the healthcare and life sciences sector, for the following position:


Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team of customer service professionals, cultivating a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
     
  • Engage in sales-related interactions and offer proactive assistance to ensure smooth coordination between customer service and sales functions.
     
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to interpret reports, analyze data trends, and identify areas for improvement.
     
  • Oversee the daily input of customer orders, with a strong focus on precision and maintaining an order backlog of zero.
     
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, manage issue resolution processes, and ensure timely, effective outcomes.
     
  • Work closely with the team to reach performance targets, emphasizing the quality and timeliness of order processing.
     
  • Maintain excellent service levels by ensuring prompt response times and high availability for incoming calls.
     
  • Coordinate daily operations across various markets, ensuring service efficiency and consistency.
     
  • Take part in team initiatives and meetings, contributing to the alignment of departmental activities with wider company objectives.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential
     
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading people effectively.
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
     
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and experience in data-driven decision making.
     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     
  • Excellent planning and time management abilities.
     
  • Background in customer service or a related discipline.
     
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience with SAP and BI tools is a plus.
     
  • Knowledge of any other regional language is considered an asset.
