Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions, including onboarding programs, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Handle training logistics such as scheduling, venue setup, and participant coordination
- Collaborate with team leads and subject-matter experts to create training content, materials, and multimedia tools
- Identify knowledge gaps and training needs through performance analysis and surveys
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and post-session reviews
- Align training strategies with business goals in partnership with HR, department leaders, and external partners
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in training delivery or instructional design (experience in FinTech, Crypto, or Financial Institutions is a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Certification in training and knowledge of adult learning principles or competency-based training methodologies are advantageous
