Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading subsidiary in electronic toll solutions, operates across Europe, helping carriers and logistics professionals efficiently manage their toll and road tax costs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in our client's Italian market.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Register new clients after the Sales Team scores a contract
  • Manage client orders and following up on the outcome
  • Handle documentation necessary for the clients to have a smooth and easy onboarding
  • Inform the clients about various updates that they need to be aware of
  • Take phone calls and register client claims as necessary
  • Follow-up on any issues reported by clients from feedback to resolution
  • Keep a good relationship with both internal and external clients
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
  • Report every feedback coming from the clients, having a constant follow-up as necessary
  • Provide help to the clients when they need advice about the products
  • Occasionally visit clients on the field as necessary together with Sales
