Main Responsibilities:
  • Create employee contracts and handle all necessary steps in the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring coordination with stakeholders.
  • Manage employee job changes in Workday and other related systems.
  • Administer termination processes and ensure smooth, compliant offboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date information across HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Handle all documents related to lifecycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving).
  • Respond to general employee queries (Level 1) via phone or ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Sanofi’s internal policies, GDPR, and French labor law.
  • Complete tasks according to the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
  • Participate in local/global projects and support the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Provide support and training to new joiners or current team members if needed.

Requirements:
Languages:
  • Fluent, negotiation level English and French (minimum C1 level) are mandatory.
  • Knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.

Experience:
  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with an interest in HR are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.

Skills:
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Team player, able to collaborate across functions and with frontline HR teams.

Education:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
