Field Sales Agent (Területi Képviselő)
Feladatok
- Ensure proper placement and presentation of SONY products in stores within the assigned region.
- Conduct product training for promoters and shop assistants; manage promoters’ work and schedules.
- Visit stores (Media Markt) in Budapest and Eastern Hungary to check stock levels and product placement.
- Suggest orders to replenish missing products based on regular store checks.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and monitor In-House Share (IHS) values to maintain proper sales ratios and brand presence.
- Oversee POS material placement and support new product launches in collaboration with an external agency and the Consumer Marketing Manager.
- Build strong relationships with store employees for smooth cooperation and brand recognition.
- Complete weekly and monthly SONY reports.
- Monitor competitor promotions and placements, providing suggestions for effective SONY promotions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and Sony product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Manage territory coverage, scheduling regular visits to retailers and promoters.
- Achieve KPI targets, including IHS goals.
Elvárások
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Higher education degree.
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Goal and result-oriented mindset.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic English knowledge
- Desire for teamwork and great sense of humour
