Job Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the Hungarian market, taking into account industry trends in HR services, including clients, competitors, and changes in the country's labor market.
  • Explore and introduce new business opportunities.
  • Provide consultancy to clients, ensuring their needs align with the services we offer.
  • Analyze discrepancies between sales forecasts and actual results.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Nationwide service sales.
  • Manage and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Prepare cost analysis and profitability forecasts.
  • Pricing and profitability assessment.

Requirements
 
  • University or college degree.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Willingness to travel.
