We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our partner’s team as the Procurement Performance Senior Analyst for Manufacturing & Supply - focused on E2E value generation and capture.
Reporting into the Performance Management Lead for Manufacturing & Supply within the Value Office, you will be supporting the tracking and management of the Procurement value pipeline for Manufacturing & Supply, and reporting to stakeholders across corporate functions (particularly Finance) and Business Units.

What will you do:
Performance Tracking:
- Support the Performance Management for Manufacturing & Supply Domain, focusing on maximizing the value delivered by procurement activities - including cost savings, Scope 3 CO2 reduction, social impact, revenue generation, innovation
- Work with Performance Management Lead for Manufacturing & Supply to unlock value through high-value projects - creating business cases, reporting, and broader communication to executive stakeholders
- Responsible for internal reporting to stakeholders (Procurement community, Finance, Business Units, etc.)
Strategic Alignment:
- Ensure alignment between Procurement targets and Manufacturing & Supply delivery plan
- Foster strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to drive collaborative efforts.
- Operate as strategic advisor to Manufacturing & Supply category teams to understand risks & opportunities, functioning as a neutral sounding board to test business case maturity
- Work closely with Procurement Agile Squads to support in the prioritization of transversal high-value projects
Value Measurement and Reporting:
- Support the tracking of savings metrics and KPIs in partnership with the Domain Head and Finance stakeholders
- Track Manufacturing & Supply Domain’s contribution to BOI through value-driven reports and analyses.
- Work in close alignment with Finance teams to capture value in budget and drive BOI impact
Reporting and Presentations:
- Support the preparation and delivery of executive-level reports and presentations that highlight strategic insights and recommendations, gathering buy-in from Procurement Leadership Team
- Support Performance Management Lead for Manufacturing & Supply in the design and build of strategic presentations to Procurement Leadership Team
- Work closely with Procurement Performance Analytics team to align and agree reporting to Finance
Join if you have:
- Degree educated in Finance
- Experience (5+ years) in a procurement role, with experience in E2E value definition and capture
- Advanced English knowledge
- Experience operating in a Manufacturing context, with strong understanding of COGS procurement
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes and frameworks
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions with unerring focus on generating business value
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
