Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect and register inquiries, requests, claims, and returns from external and internal customers, ensuring timely handling based on predefined priorities
  • Respond to customer calls, manage their expectations, and positively influence their Customer Experience 
  • Perform claims/returns policy checks and escalate non-compliant cases to the appropriate business contact for decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal or external stakeholders to investigate cases based on the information gathered during the registration process
  • Select and manage the appropriate resolution process for requests/claims, including managing documents like credit/debit memos and return/refusal orders
  • Ensure compliance with the approval workflow for obtaining necessary approvals
  • Document and follow all local specifics in the DTP (Desk Top Procedures)

Background & Experience:
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, master data management, or contract & commercial conditions management (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving, deductive, and analytical skills
  • Broad understanding of the end-to-end customer invoice-to-cash process
  • Hands-on experience with collections & receivables activities and SAP S/4HANA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal clients
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, clear thinker
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively across teams with an end-to-end mindset
