Your Responsibilities:
- Full coordination of the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO)
- Supporting project managers within the company
- Conducting PM trainings and workshops
- Independently leading and supervising projects, preparing project reports
- Developing project portfolio management
- Preparing ad hoc and regular reports and analyses
- Supporting the implementation of international project management standards
- Regular communication with the German headquarters and other Lidl countries
- Translating professional texts, preparing presentations
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Higher education degree
- Proficient in German and English
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- MS Office skills
- Precision and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Good coordination and communication skills
