“HR for non-HR” Leadership training, walks you through HR’s day-to-day work, areas where HR supports day-to-day management and introduces HR’s role as an internal service provider to executives in other areas of the company.
During the training participants will get a comprehensive overview of the day-to-day application of HR, through practical examples of how HR works and how to use it. Roles and responsibilities in HR processes are clarified.
