Jelena Žikić was appointed, starting this month, as the new cluster manager of the newly formed Adecco Adriatic and Hungary region.
As we enter the new year, we are pleased to announce an important transition in the leadership team of Adecco Adriatic and Hungary.
Jelena Žikić, a Serbian National and former Cluster HR Director of Adecco Adriatic, will be leading the company’s business operations from now on, marking the first time in Adecco’s Eastern Europe and MENA region when a female team member is appointed for such a role. With an extensive background in FMCG, Banking, Telecom, Security and HR Solutions, Jelena will be using her vast experience in order to continue asserting Adecco’s business leadership in the region. The fact that Jelena has led the internal HR community until now, offers a unique business growth opportunity for all stakeholders.
